Sea Moss Uses and Benefits

This wonderful SUPERFOOD that many of us are clueless about even still in this day and age. Has many uses and benefits. Sea Moss or what others may call Irish Moss, comes from the oceans. It was originally taken note of back in Ireland, HENCE the name Irish Moss many moons ago.There was a shortage of food and they happened to come across this wonder which happened to nourish them at that time. What they may not have known at that time was that it carried many healing benefits. Like over a hundred! Moss can be used in juices, smoothies, soups as a binder to make nut cheeses as well as other food GREATS! It can also be used ON the body. Mix in with creams and facial masks. I like to bathe in it. This Algea is also a known natural laxative. Stimulating the bowels to help with release. With all of that said,,,who wouldn't want to have such a wonder in their life! So, go do your research on Sea Moss so you can reap the many benefits that it has to offer.

H'Angry Pangs While Detoxing

So, this is my 25 day of Cleansing. Or what others may call a Detox. Or maybe a Fast. No matter the label, it's a form of abstaining from certain things. For me at this time, it's food! YIKES! And who is hungry? ME! More like H'Angry. As of today, anyway. Today has been THEEE day that I can TRULY say has been ROUGH! Out of the other few days that I've labeled as such, NONE have been like, THIS here day. Not only was I actually hungry. But, I was also ready to call it quits! Ready to give it up! I was ok, earlier in the day, but, I stopped off at Whole Foods and took a whiff of this butternut squash/tomato pureed soup and almost LOST it! So much, so I was kinda in tears. I got all jittery and everything. At that point, I KNEW it was VERY necessary to call out to my Guides for FULL-ON assistance. My discipline was out the door! I eventually made it home to put the grocery up that I purchased from the Farmers Market and happened to look in the nearly empty citrus basket that I keep on my counter top and there sat a single BEAUTIFUL, calling out to me Pink Grapefruit! So pretty and ripe. Next to it sat two almost overly ripe Mango who were speaking to me as well. I was like "Cut them Mangos. Cut them and devour themmmmmmm!!" But the Spirtis were like "Noooo. Cut the Grapefruit! It'll help you out." I cut the Mangos first in all their juicy sweetness and syrupy nectar. Dumb move. But I maintained. I had to rush to put them away. I hurriedly cut the Grapefruit and squeezed the juice from it. Consumed it, and got this INSTANT gratification! Not only did it seem to oxygenate me! But it TRULY curbed my appetite. I know that's one of the benefits of them. But, I've never experienced one in such a way before. I was REALLY satisfied with this one. Maybe it was because, now that my body is 25 days clean, it really KNOWS what it wants and NEEDS. I gave so much thanks for this. I was really about to GO IN! :/.....

Universal One Year Cycle
         New BEGINNINGS

As we exit the energy of the 9 year cycle of completion, that we've been walking in for 2016. Many of us find it hard to let go of the people, places and things that we may have felt were of some substantial need in our lives. If there is pain behind letting go, then it probably means it wasn't for your greater good at this time. Spirit has been working on many of us this entire year. Forcing us to face our fears, re-evaluate certain situations and clean up our hiccups. Our journeys must deviate. Take note that all of the things we may have accrued over the past 8 years up to now,,,,,,if it had underhanded or toxic under tones behind it, along with them comes karmic stuffs. They need to be let go of. So, let us give thanks that we have these opportunities to renew our selves and get rid of attachments that we've gotten accustomed to walking around in or with. It's time for self discovery and renewal of self. The DIVINE energies that surround us are allotting us once again upon entering the upcoming 1 year vibration, to be able to push REFRESH and begin again. From this point on, it should be about decision making. Especially if you're ((GROWN)). We should know better once we become more seasoned. Asserting ourselves to do better. So, give thanks to LOVE~LAW~NATURE, for assisting us once again to walk a straighter path or maybe even a windy path if that's gonna get you to where you need to be. But, do this knowing the consequences as you journey in this phase of NEWNESS. Peace and love!

3 Great Healing Detox Baths!

So, yesterday as I set out to prepare my liquid meal for day 7 of my detox. I became a bit annoyed that I couldn't just throw all of my usual so called goodies in a pot. Like potatoes (starch), carrots (a hybrid), as well as a few other veggies that I love to put in my soups in solid form. Upon searching the vegetable bin in the fridge I noticed I had some scallions in there. YAY! I thought, now what can I use with these!? Then I got a bit disappointed again, and asked myself "Are these hybrid, too?" I stood there contemplating and decided to look it up, quickly. Then, my inner voice said "Go with the flow. Do not worry. Do what's best for you. You're making too much of this." After that, I gave thanks and continued to search the bin. First I thought I'd do a mushroom and onion soup. My mouth was like "Nah. Though you love mushrooms you will need an actual recipe that you KNOW will be to your liking with those." My search continued. I closed the fridge and just stood there looking at the Vitamixer with my brows raised. I was led over to the pantry and saw Nori Rolls. Then! Ding, ding, ding! Wakame!!!! Seaweed! YES! We know there are a ton of benefits in sea veggies. I told myself "Ok, though you have a recipe in solid form, you may wanna check that hand with this." So I did. But, it came it GREAT! I am so thankful for this journey I'm on. Spirit is really assisting me and getting me to higher levels of my self. Allowing me to take note that I shouldn't make too much of this detox. To simply do what works for ME. Not to be so TIGHT and to go with the flow. "Stay the course. They have been saying. We are proud of you!"

So, that's all I need to hear. As long as my Guides are happy, with me. And have no problems with what I'm

consuming or HOW I'm consuming it, I know I'm doing something right. Moving ON!

Increase Your Water Intake

First off we'll begin with how much water we should intake daily. This

                     *side note*

was NOT something that I've ever really cared about. Even, since I've been more into the so called conscious lifestyle. HOWEVER, NOW.....that I've embarked on this new level of self healing, longevity and a more optimal lifestyle. I am taking note of this well known info. Being that some say our bodies are between 50 to 65% and others say between 70% and 74% water. THAT'S a lot of water REGARDLESS. We are water beings. So the moisture is definitely necessary And for those who struggle with their weight well in to obesity, the water content drops to only 45%. With that said, we should be drinking at least 64 ozs. of water a day. Half a gallon. I usually don't knock a dent in it. It's not that I don't like water. I just don't think about it, mostly. Not a good look, I know. I'm now realizing the true necessity of water. We truly take our temples for granted. If you suffer from eczema, water helps. Dry skin drink plenty of it. The need to get toxins out of the body. Water will assist you. Here's something interesting You lose 5% to 10% of water daily when you urinate. breathe and sweat! So, that takes me down to 65%. Give me back my water! Water is located in 3 areas of our divine temple. The blood, between the blood and cells and the cells. Our brains hold a nice percentage as well. In truth we each have a different required intake of water, so do your research to find out fully what that would be for you. But either way, water helps to replenish our cells. Keeps us activated and nourished. And allows our systems to function properly. So DRINK UP!
